This ecosystem is an innovation ecosystem born in 2021 as a result of the collaboration between ennomotive and the NGO Ayuda en Acción. This collaboration started with the development of the Oxyvita emergency ventilator to combat COVID 19. The objective of this new ecosystem is to provide technological solutions for the most vulnerable communities that live in developing countries such as Latin America, Africa and Asia.
This ecosystem is an alliance promoted by ennomotive and Ayuda en Acción to revolutionize the impact on social development projects using digitization, open innovation and engineering.
Ayuda en Acción is an NGO that fights against poverty and inequality, while promoting the objective of having vulnerable communities become self-sufficient. AEA works in 20 different countries in Latin America, Asia, Africa and Europe.
The ecosystem publishes challenges for social projects related to the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
Vision: To make the world a better place by sharing technologies and global talent. Mission: To contribute to the resolution of the great social challenges in the most vulnerable communities using innovation and the best technological talent in the world.
Companies, foundations and other organizations can all support this ecosystem as promoters or as volunteers.
The companies that are promoters become a part of a committee that annually selects the projects that are addressed in the ecosystem. In addition, these companies can propose their own projects through the platform according to their regional presence and technological areas.
