The monitoring and failure-prediction services present a high degree of technological innovation. The interaction is in real time through two easy-access platforms: “Operational Platform” and “Management Platform”. These platforms can be visualized thanks to the implementation of VPN networks that enables a continuous monitoring no matter where you are. The user can even access the equipment through a smartphone and check its conditions. This development is very unconvetional due to the high degree of innovation, the implementation and complementation of several high technologies that interact to generate the proposed solution, the one that has a high impact on the productive process controls. The system allows the predictive diagnose of a trend or a failure condition such as axis imbalance, misalignment, failure in bearers or gears and other mechanical elements that are part of the machinery. Now it is possible to identify the different conditions as normal, acceptable, limit and unacceptable. These conditions are regulated by the ISO norms, according to the power and frequency of the equipment.
