A couple of months ago Nokia published a report analysing some smart cities that already exist like San Francisco, Auckland, Berlin, Dubai or Sao Paulo, in order to investigate the key parameters and lessons involved in becoming smart.
They expose why cities should be smart, some routs to becoming smart, how the governance should be and a long etcetera of interesting information about this topic.

The thing is that I’ve been wondering if this could be a reality, maybe not now but in an early future. Is the world evolving to becoming a “smart World”? Is it possible for most of the cities to become smart?
